With Monotech’s intelligent NC control system, operators simply enter the sheet thickness, and the machine automatically configures the ideal rake angle — maximizing blade life and minimizing breakdowns caused by incorrect settings.
Our advanced controller enables you to set various sheet thicknesses, dimensions, and desired quantities. The machine follows your production plan seamlessly throughout the day using its integrated stroke counter and memory — improving throughput and reducing operator fatigue.
We use D2 HCHCr blades with four usable edges. Once one edge wears out, the blade can be rotated — increasing longevity and reducing maintenance costs. These are ideal for industrial settings requiring continuous high-volume cutting.
Adjusting the blade gap is easy and fast thanks to clearly marked scales and a guided setup. It takes less than 20 seconds, ensuring you're ready for the next sheet without wasting production time.
